Coccidiostats

Every breeder knows that coccidia can cause various problems. For that reason coccidiostats are used in animal feed, as they destroy or slow down the action of protozoa.

Over the time, they have become very resistant due to longer administration of one coccidiostat, which means that they need to be changed after some period of time.

This is the reason why there are so many different coccidiostats. They are regularly added to animal feed for chicken and rabbits.
